If you are experiencing problems with any piece of footwear that we have provided you with, please book a Follow-Up appointment with the customer service specialist that assisted you the first time, and we will make it right.
Shoe solutions has a footwear exchange only policy, zero returns.
Shoe Solutions will gladly Exchange footwear within 10 business days at OUR discretion using the following criteria:
*Product is in new condition and is in the state you received them
*Shoe box must be present, shoe solutions is not responsible for any item you have left behind
*Footwear insoles must be present
*Footwear may only be worn/trialed in a clean, sanitary, smoke-free environment
